Accessing group or business accounts
To access vehicles under a "group customer number", you must first:
- Be registered for MySGI as an individual; and
- Have an email address on file for your Group Customer number (if this is not done yet, call us to add your email).
To login to your group or business customer number:
- Go to your MySGI (myplates.ca and click the mysgi button)
- Login in with your individual account credentials.
- Once you are signed in, a customer selection window will appear. Select the group's customer ID and click Submit.
- If you select the wrong profile, or wish to change profiles later, you may change by clicking the Change Customer button next to the shopping cart icon and sign out button.
